I know it isn't remotely Zombie related but if anybody wants to play/learn Star Wars X-Wing I'm usually at Brave New Worlds on Wednesdays by 5 if you're looking to do something before the rest of the crew shows up.

Talked to the BNW crew and set up a Star Wars X-Wing game night on Mondays at 6 if anybody is interested in dog fighting.

Dude! That is awesome! I was not as into the game.... mostly because I suck at that sort of thing. LOL! But, I may try to come by sometimes just for the heck of it.
Though, you know already that Mondays aren't always the best for me.

Well it flopped at Brave New Worlds last night, but I ran into a guy over at 7th Dimension who wanted to learn how to play. He's a long time Wings of War player - game mechanic is VERY similar so he really liked X-Wing. Of course having well painted pre-painted minis is a plus to old hat war gamers like he and I as well. See you tomorrow for zombies

Sorry to hear that. Maybe try planning something for a few weeks out and see if Brave New Worlds can put something up on their Facebook about it.
Sometimes it helps to have it advertised a few weeks early. They had told me they have often tried to start up gaming nights in the past and they always seem to have trouble with it.
Though, if 7th Dimension Games does it on Mondays, it may be just as easy for you to get it set up there. Do the same people tend to come by for it?

Neither place has a consistent player base, so I'll keep starting over at BNW and if nobody shows I'll just hangout at 7th like I did yesterday

Anybody out there remember Crimson Skies? Started out as a video game (I think) and somebody turned it into a dogfighting game. Died out for a while and WizKids released a revamp with heroclicks style bases. I'm wondering if the interwebs has a line on on any of the figures, metal or plastic 'cause a version using the x-wing maneuver dials would be awesome
